Taste Notes

Color spot on but hazy going into the keg. Subtle chocolate and biscuit aroma followed by initial fruitiness from yeast and backed by chocolate / bready malt sweetness. Crisp finish with slight hop bitterness and no appreciable hop aroma. Quite different than expected likely d/t yeast profile. Brew again with less caramel malts and a more neutral / more floculant british yeast to avoid fruity esters and hazy appearance.
