Taste Notes
Needed an extensive lagering periods before it dropped clear but spot on. Clean, pilsner / corn maltiness, slightly sweet, and slight hop spice from saaz. Clear. Brew again per this recipe when temps drop and allow for at 6-8 weeks kegged (in keezer) before tapping.
