clean, easy drinking. very low esters (low 60s fermentation). buddy said, "dude, is this a home brew?"

I designed this recipe to totally fill your 6.5 gallon bucket and to be economical. for example, only one ounce of a single hop is needed. everyone seems to like drinking this beer. USE A BLOWOFF
