Notes

Started initial boil at 159, thencooledto 156. Difficult to keep temp correct. Boiled extra 5 minutes because didnt hear alarm before first hops. So, boil was about 80". Cooled until gave O2 40" after end of boil. Original SG 1.056 at 69*. Pitched yeast 49" after end of boil. added 1 1/2 lbs of toasted coconut to secondar on 8-5-2013
