Notes
Cereal mash grits and 6 row then add to main mash:
Protein rest 3.86 gallons with grains in mash tun.
instead of pulling decoction, add 2.71 gallons to cereal mash - heat to 158 deg and hold for 5 mins. Then bring to boil for 30 minutes.
add to mash tun and heat to 158 for 20 minutes (recirculate).
Run off and fly sparge with about 180 deg water until 7 gal boil volume is reached.
