Notes
Huy decided to do an artichoke pale ale competition.
Got 0.75oz dehydrated artichoke leaves and three baby artichokes from Daniel on Easter 15.
He suggested to use them for bittering as is done in Cynar.
Bought Cynar 5/17/15, neat taste is bittersweet vegetal and herbal, very fancy tasting I'd say. Beer will likely be vastly different.
