Notes
5-8-15
Added citra and galaxy. Original recipe called for 5 oz Columbus at 10 min as only boil hop. Didn't have enough Columbus so did 30 min boil with Columbus and citra
Mash water heated to 170 F, Began mash at 5:35 PM @ 153 F
6:35 PM - first runnings collected at 148 F
15 qts collected = 3.75 gal. Add 2.5 gal at 178 F. 2nd runnings at 148 F
8:05 boiling
SG = 1.066 @ 76 F & 5.5 gal = 1.068
5-22-15
FG = 1.011 @ 74 F = 1.013 & 7.35 %, added dry hops
-------------
Subbed Caramel 30 for Carastan, decreased chocolate malt to 2.5grams from 2oz to more closely match SRM (I think there was a typo in the original). Also reduced IBUs to be closer to the 60 IBUs of the original.
SG = 1.083
FG = 1.015, 9.13%
