Notes
- swapped liberty for centennial (post process)
- added bittering orange peel and coriander to tone down the sweetness from the crystal and honey malt (post process)
- 1st time around i used a weihenstephan weizen, brings out the wheat taste alot. Ideally i think a wheat ale would be spot on.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
