Taste Notes
Copied from an Aussie Ale recipe from the 'net - brewed this one with US hops instead of the original Pride of Ringwood hops. Entered into my first home brew comp and came away with a bronze (judges gave it a 90/150).
Judges unanimously marked it down because of the low hop aroma - so I have modified the hop additions to bring it up to stlye.Notes
First hop addition gets added to the mash (aka First Wort Hopping)
Allow last addition to sit for 5 minutes to release aroma.
