Notes
Ingredients $39.27 Craftbrewer
brewed 14/6/15 1.056
Primary @ 11c 21/6 1.014 - sweet, no real bitterness, still cloudy
Cold crash 28/6 @ 0c-ish
Bottled 3/7 with 2.5 vols - tasting clean and very nice, clearer but not crystal
25/7 - 66% carbed, too much body and sweetness needs to be mashed lower 63c for 90 mins, though more carb may help
31/7 - 90% carb, bit more balanced. Not as sweet. Move the 30min addition to 10min for 10ibu.
