Notes

Yeast attenuation set to 79% to give AA of about 82% for WLP001 at 65.5C. (It should be OK at 66C, but going 0.5C lower as I don't want it finishing sweet) First time with this yeast but hoping similar attenuation to US-05. 2 stage 1.6L starter Efficiency set to 75% as much stronger beer.
