Citrus punch in the teeth

by snowveil

This beer is phenomenal. Light with tons of citrus hop flavor kicking you in the face as soon as you take a sip. Bitterness is just enough to balance out the flavor but not aggressive. The fruitiness of the "brett" plays really well with the citrus components of the hops. The 0 minute addition is actually a 30 minute hop stand at 165*F prior to chilling.
