Taste Notes

post boil gravity 1.059, 5 gal into each fermenter diluted each fermenter with .75gal spring water plus 750ml starter of Antwerp Ale yeast pitched at 64 F. OG of 1.049

Notes

hop stand 10minutes 1.052 at 15min diluted with 1/2gal cold water into each fermenter pitched 1500ml starter WLP001 at 68.
