Grain Absorption: 0.313 qt/lb * 15.125 lb = 4.734 qt (1.184 gal)
NOTE: In pot use 0.7 gals less and adjust water later to reach desired volume.
Total Water: 5.3gal + 1.5 gal + 1.184 gal - 0.7 gals = 7.284 gal (Use 0.5 gals to sparge)
In pot use: 6.784 gals (or 6.0 gals and 2.968 L)

Chad added 8g gypsum to the mash and 8g gypsum to the boil kettle and used tap water.
Jamil reported that Glacier is a good substitute for Simcoe. He warned against making too many other hop substitutions.
