Taste Notes

Originally based on Lawson's Double Sunshine, BYO Oct 2013 but attempting to lower ABV from the 8% original.

Notes

Water used was carbon filtered to remove chloramine plus 0.5gm potassium metabisulphite in 11G water. Water adjusted with gypsum and calcium chloride to have -50 RA, about 160ppm Ca, SO4/Cl=5.5. Room temp mash pH about 5.3. Sparge water acidified with phosphoric acid.
