Taste Notes

It was good but not as good as the 5 gallon batch. I am not going to change much but the second keg will age more and see if that is the difference.

Notes

I dropped the thermometer in the starter and had to pick it out. Starter seemed fine..... Calculated almost 7 gallons of sparge.... used 4 and was perfect
