Taste Notes
Mash at 66 C or 151 F. This is a very robust recipe producing a highly complex beer but also an easy drinking one. Schwarzbier is strictly a lager but this recipe can be brewed using the above yeast and ale fermentation profile without any compromise of quality. 13 første liter uden gydning 1067.
Herefter gydes:
Gydet 5 liter, 15 min pause med pumpe, målt 1048 i slangen, tappet til 18 liter.
Gydet 5 liter, 15 min pause med pumpe, målt 1030 i slangen, tappet til 23 liter.
Gydet 6 liter, 15 min pause med pumpe, målt 1020 i slangen, tappet til 30 liter.

Meget protein-måske 6 liter tab. Der kom kun 16,5 liter i spanden.

Tap, smag kraftig, krydret næsten pebret først, vandet eftersmag. Ikke super lige nu. Bliver måske go ved lagring, trænger til afrunding.
