Notes

recipe online called for 2 vials of yeast, I only used one. When boiling, there were weird floating things that looked like bread pieces. Tried to scoop them out. they disappeared once hops were added. Burner went out 20 minutes into boil. Then probably didnt do entire 60 minute prior to starting the add hops. 5/15 started secondary fermentation. measure gravity 1.006
