Notes
4/26
-air lock still bubbling very infrequently, but racked to secondary carboy
-slight hop aroma
-really well balanced with the roasted flavor coming through right along with the hops
-for now, this beer tastes almost exactly what i was shooting for
-as always, i am concerned with aeration and contamination
5/2
-moved into keg
-VERY roasty
-i should have used the hops the original recipe called for
-the floral hops are not strong enough to stand up to the roasted malts
-set keg for just under 30 psi for 24 hours and then reduced to just over 12
