This beer is probably one the best I've made, it really is a great warm weather beer. Strong pilsner flavours immediately after bottling, but these have now balanced out with the Hops and also now getting some characteristics from the Honey. Well done bedaone, great recipe.

made some changes (cara gold vs GS Classic) (Agave honey) (Safale US-05 yeast)
made 1 gallon but now will try 10 gallons
