Notes

Brewersfriend mash GTDXXWX Ingredients $43.47 Barleyman brewed 1/6/15 1.054 Bottled 14/6/15 1.014 1st taste 19/6 - reasonable carb, dropped clear, can only taste hops, pretty nice, hope hop taste fades a little as tastes more like an ipa, seems to be mostly pine from vic secret 3rd taste 6/7/15 - hops have settled. Not much malt coming through, maybe up xtal next time? Later tastes, spot on, no need to change anything! Hop taste hasn't even really diminished. 24/11 $32.50 from Barleyman, no Voyager Ale, subbed with Barret Burston Ale 29/11 mash in @ 66.7c for 60min finished 64.6c, SG 1.055 3/11 1.018 @ 16c 7/11 1.014 @ 23c, dry hopped with 18g each of Vic Secret and Summer 13/11 bottled, 2.5vol 14L, 95g sugar. 11.5L 21/2 Didn't gelatine and bit of crap int bottles, tastes awesome with a nice bitterness and melon hop flavour
