Taste Notes
~20 SRM, light white head which persists for a minute or two.
Bready, mild hop aroma but nothing too strong.
Tastes like it smells, but flowery hops linger with a smooth bitter aftertaste. Yeast imparts some fruity esters.
Smooth mouthfeel but medium-to-light bodied. Very drinkable.
Overall, a winner. Definitely on the hoppy side for the style, but it's not unbalanced. The breadiness of the malt isn't as pronounced, which works well with the hoppiness. Love that EKG!Notes
Make a starter with wet yeast or pitch 2 packets dry. Use Golden Promise if possibleThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
