En risk og tørr IPA primært med amerikanske humler:
CITRA:
Strong citrus and tropical tones of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and lychee
CENTENNIAL:
Medium intensity floral and citrus (lemon) tones

Vi har mulighet til å justere alkohol både opp og ned, men jeg vil anbefale at vi ikke går for høyt da årstiden heller krever en fruktig tørsteslukker fremfor tunge koseøl.
Tenkte å bruke en gjer som heter Mangrove Jacks Burton union:
A top-fermenting ale yeast suitable for a wide variety of hoppy and distinctive English style beers. This strain products light and delicate fruity esters and does not strip away malt character or body.
Altså vil man bygge opp under de fruktige humlene med en gjær som lager litt fruktige estere samt bevarer kroppen på ølet.
