Taste Notes
Good color and head retention. Strong fruity aroma from amarillo. Definite ester presence from warm fermenation (68-70 degrees) that adds to fruitiness. Lighter body / higher ABV than anticipated d/t calibration error in strike water / mash probe thermometer that likely resulted in mash temp in the low 140's. Definite hazy appearance that is slowly decreasing with age in the keg. No commercial example to compare it to but likely too strong of an ester presence to be real comparable.
