Inspiration: https://byo.com/stout/item/2184-guinness-foreign-extra-stout-clone æskning: 1½ time pga problemer med recirkulering 0 liter 1068 10 liter 1048 herefter gydes, ingen gydning før 15 liter 1038 20 liter 1020 25 liter 1030 28,5 liter 1050 !! samlet pre boil 1044 post boil vistnok 1060 bør tjekkes mandag den 3-2-2014 10/2-14 kl 13: VF 1036 Gæringen var tilsyneladende gået i stå - ingen blop - den 6. eller 7., men der lugtede af frugt, så måske var spanden utæt. Nu den 10. har jeg målt vægtfylde og sat låget tilbage, og nu er spanden gået i gang med at bloppe igen, men måske skyldes det bevægelsen af spanden. Jeg tjekker i aften.
