Fredag (6.dagen) smag efter tilsat kandis: Meget sødt og aromatisk.
Notes
Brygget en søndag hos Thomas (i hans nye udekøkken) og gæringen var først rigtigt i gang tirsdag morgen.
Fredag (6.dagen) virkede gæringen som være gået i stå, færre end 1. blop pr. minut.
