Notes

While we had originally planned on brewing a Dusseldorf Altbier this month, alas I could not get the proper yeast in quantity in time for the brew night. So instead we will brew a different recipe from a similar region of Germany. The Kolsch bier produced in Cologne shares some traits with its Altbier cousin, but has a taste that is all its own. Hopefully this Formerly Unplanned Cologne Kolsch will satisfy with every swallow.
