Notes

Brewed 9/27. OG: 1.085 On 9/30/15 SG: 1.038 = 6.2% On 10/6 SG: 1.021 = 8.5% On 10/17 SG: Same. Dry hops added and temp put at 60°F. Keged 10/28/15. Brewed 4/27/15 SG: 1.073, FG: 1.013 = 7.9% Strike water temp 172F mash held 153 until end of 152F. Total volume 8 gallons should have finnished at 6.5. Volume came just under 5 gallons. Total boil was 74 minutes to try and hit higher OG of 1.079. Transfered to secondary 5/5/15 with 2 oz Mosaic and 2 oz Citra. OG: 1.073 FG: FG: Hydrometer 1.013, Refractometer 1.035, Brix 9.0 Adj 1.013. Keged 5/14/15.
