Notes
Based off http://www.deschutesbrewery.com/recipe/twilight-ale-clone I used 35L caramel in beersmith because I don't have carastan as one of my choices. IBUs are about right according to the website, ABV appears about 1% highRatings
Good Brew
by BrewdogI have brewed 2-10 gallon versions of this. Drinking one now. It turned out great both times. Very good Pale Ale.
Came out really good when I brewed it. I think reducing the 30 min addition would make it a little closer to the real Twilight, but it's pretty darn good. I made this for a family gathering and it was extremely popular.
