Taste Notes
I had a chance to sample DC2, 3 and can over the past couple days. Compared to the original I would say that 2 was closer than 3. 2 was nicely conditioned and had a great balance of piney and fruity flavor and hop bitterness. The appearance was a bit darker than the original. I really enjoyed it. The 3 was a bit mellower than 2 and a little less carbonated. I think if you dropped the Srm a couple points and increased the attenuation a bit you'd be really close the original. The flavor and bitterness of 2 was really close. Thanks for the samples!

Very floral, up front with fairly small bite that dissipated almost immediately into zero finish.
