Very nice
by p08757This turned out very close to New Belgium Fat Tire. I did mine as a BIAB and overshot my mash in temp by a bit. Used only a primary carboy and racked it to keg 2 weeks after brewing with forced carbonation.
I would consider doing a yeast starter next time.
