3/30/15 what a nice surprise, very fruity taste , good nose , time will tell.Notes
brewed on 3/31/14
my notes - changed mt hood hops for spalter hops
I also used a different yeast , Belgian Ardennes wyeast #3522.
racked on 4/12/14 the #3522 was still working, next time I will use a trappist yeast.
tasted good.
bottled on 4/21/14
