Notes

Cube cooled in pool. Issues with float pump so lost a small amount of wort (reason for lower efficiency). Filtered mash to 5 microns....very clean. Mash notes 19 m 143.1 6Plano 30 m 143.0 7.4P (lost power on one burner for 10 minutes) 34M 148.0 7.9P (back on scedule) 52 M 158.5 9.8P 58 M 160.7 11 P Lauder Out 170F 13.8 Plano FG 14.8 Boil Notes Chinnok hop bagged and removed at flameout Cubed to 68F in 25 minutes, then moved to 34F fridge for overnight with leaf hops and Tennag..hops in cube T & Hal hops left in to go to cube (to be filtered out on way to primary in a few days).
