Nose: There is a sweet grain aroma which is really nice. Must have been the extra amount of low temp sparges I did at the end of the batch sparge. Low hop aroma, just enough for it to be a blonde. Still super grainy. (I actually like that)
Taste: Light body, Light flavor, sharp taste, a little too sharp. Yeasty, it's definitely a pale blonde taste. Not my favorite type of beer but it's a spot on blonde. Dry finish.
