Taste Notes

04/18/18 Double Batch 1.057 (68% effeciency @ 1.047) 03/31/2015 1.35 qts / lb. = 13.5 quarts for sparge. 3.375 Gallons 1.049 12.1 brix 04/07/2015 1.021 5.1 - 5.3 Brix unconverted Nose: There is a sweet grain aroma which is really nice. Must have been the extra amount of low temp sparges I did at the end of the batch sparge. Low hop aroma, just enough for it to be a blonde. Still super grainy. (I actually like that) Taste: Light body, Light flavor, sharp taste, a little too sharp. Yeasty, it's definitely a pale blonde taste. Not my favorite type of beer but it's a spot on blonde. Dry finish.
