Taste Notes
Taste: At start of secondary...was good but yeasty... lots of yeast still suspended in beer. Notes
Used Crooked Creek Honey. added honey with 10 minutes of boil time left.
Fermentation: Gravity of 1.010 when transfering to secondary.... still some fermentation taking place although slight bubble activity... 1-2 a minute.
