Notes

3/29/15 - BREW DAY NOTES, Brew went pretty well, hit target OG of 1.080, sparge manifold came separated from ball valve so had to reattach and agitated the grains. Hit volumes dead on, about 5 gals in primary. Substituted american 2 row for belgian due to availability issues. Had to estimate several hop additions due to lack of a scale for measuring .25 oz and so on. 4/11/15 - gravity reading at 1.010, tastes fucking delicious - orange, yeasty, boozy - ABV around 9.3% - racked to secondary, will leave there at least a month before bottling BATCH 2 - 4\19\15 - OG 1.084, starter contaminated, repitched wyeast Belgian from smack pack without starter, actually crushed coriander this time
