Taste Notes

Nice malty flavor Good mouthfeel no aroma, maybe a little late hops next time. Definite do again. Very clear.

Notes

Toasted malt for 30 min at 300 reduced 2 qts of first running down to 1/2 qt. OG before boil 1.040 OG after boiling 1.054 (about 4 1/2-4 3/4 gallons) Pitched yeast 7:00 am 12/15/14 @ 65* Kegged (force carb) 1/24/15. FG with hydrometer 1.010 FG with refract. 1.025?? Yeast was clumpy. Reclaimed 2 jars of slurry.
