Notes
Yeast Alternative: British 1098, Nottingham
I ordered this from Great Fermentations and used Safale 34/70 Lager yeast at 65 degress for 2 weeks. I gave it a 24 hour rest before kegging and force carbonating. If you like cream ale’s this was a wonderful beer once cold crashed and conditioned at 34 degrees in the keg for about 3 days.
