Taste Notes
11/1/14 Nice golden color. Good hop aroma, could be a little more.
Good flavor and mouthfeel. Medium body.
11/27/14 I really like. Definite do again with small tweeks to hop schedule.Notes
OG 1.052
pitched yeast 6PM 8/31/14.
Very active next morning. 75 degrees.
Ferment temp between 65-72. used cooler with ice bottles.
FG 1.007
Dry Hopped at 8 am 9/15/14
Kegged on 9/23/14 4pm
