It turned out amazingly good
by bethenco01After reading countless recipes for a Blue Moon style beer, I decided to make my own recipe.
Probably the best I've brewed so far.
I will strongly recommend to wait at least 6 weeks. it evolves incredible in the bottle. after two weeks is very good, but it get much better after a few more weeks.
Definitely one to repeat.
