Taste Notes

use medium body for more abv After aging in the keg for a few weeks, beer is fantastic!

Notes

Mashed at 153.3 for 75 minutes, squeeze bag harder next time, boil with lid off! Missed target OG by .18 due to larger than expected post boil volume. mash eff was awesome!
