Notes

En variant av Tasty McDs Janet's Brown Ale. Baserat på Weyermann malt och lite andra humlesorter.. Vattenbehandlar med pyttelite Campdenpulver. Kollar pH i mäsk. Gypsum 0,8 tsp, 3g Calcium chloride 0,3 tsp 1,5g Kokade 90 min ist för 60, hamnade på OG 1.072 men lite under i volym, 18,5 liter. Pitchar i 17C, kyl på 17 stegar upp en dag i taget.
