Notes

Mash with 11.5 gallons of 50/50 Tyler Municipal Water and Distilled Water (5.75 gallons of each). Add to Strike Water 5.7 ml Lactic Acid. Sparge with 8 Gallons of 50/50 Tyler Municipal Water and Distilled water (4 gallons each). Add to Sparge Water 1.2 ml Lactic Acid Add 4.5 (1.125 tsp) gypsum to the boil kettle. Final Water Recipe has about 26 ppm Ca, 50 ppm SO4, and single digits of everything else HCO3 is around 22 ppm. You will need around 11 gallons of Distilled Water Pitched at 39, Primary at 45.
