Did 4 kettles @90deg and 1 @ 80deg C, it ended up about 80deg, but when I added the grain it only went dwn to about 72deg - so a bit hot!
Leaving it to stand.
After 40 minutes it had gone down to 63, so popped it in the oven and it ended up at about 67deg
blah, blah, blah
After the boil ended up with about 8.75litres @ 1041 @ 22deg, which is still 1041 adjusted, so added 1.25 litres to bring it to the target 10l.
Added half a packet of Mangrove Jacks M07 British Ale Yeast.
Tasted pretty good.

Bottling day! 1011 @ 18deg is 1011 adjusted. Which gives a final strength of 4.1% - stronger than usual, and quite a bit stronger than estimated.
Tastes very nice. Yumsk!
