1. Ferment between 50 -58 degrees F 2. Use multistep starter 3. Transfer wort in two half barrels and three glass carboys 4. Use only the primary for full fermantion - no scecondary because of oxyenation. Great Pilsner. Make sure to use a large starter and ferment at the correct lager temperature.
