Next time: Tettnang not saaz.
66-67c mash is right for a hefe. pitchedat 12c (19 nov) and allowing it to warm to 18. This brings out the clove flavour.
Third day turned fridge off to allow temp to arise to bring banana flavour through.
8 Dec first taste - creamy head, big banana hit. Best hefeweizen I've tasted. Notes
