Notes
Had trouble holding mash temperature. I either had more grain absorption or didn't have enough mash water. Short 0.25 oz of Centennial. Added more Chinook at 15 to compensate, added less at flameout. Not all extract was dissolved. Had to add a gallon of tap water. Couldn't get an accurate hydrometer or refractometer reading.
Bottled on Mar 6. Added 5.93 oz priming sugar, shooting for 3.0 CO2. Had 2/3 g of trub loss. If CO2 is high that would be why. Samples were good, Citra flavor most prominent. A shorter dry hop and/or second dry hop would help hop aroma.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
