Notes

Added 100 g Farinsockoer Added zest from half an orange, a little less (changed my mind right at the 5 minute mark) Campdenpowder in water. Yeast nutrient, Protafloc, 2 ml of lactic acid Treatment: Kalciumsulfat 0,2 tsk, Calc.klorid 0,2 tsk, Baking soda 0,4 tsk, Kalk 1,6 tsk Got a boilover, lots of goo and spillage. And oops, added the 10 minute hops at 5 minutes. Used a sparge profile instead of BIAB profile. Got the wrong volumes, got 22,5 liters of wort. OG should be 1.056 my landed on 1.052. Got 28 IBU and 58 EBC. Cooled to 17 C Ferment at 17 C 4 days Raised to 19 C Raised to 20 C
