Taste Notes
Nice dark porter. Smooth and tasty. Nice head of foam. The smoked malt is just barely noticable. Next time use 6 oz. of smoked malt.
4.6% ABW, 5.8% ABV.Notes
Did not attenuate as well as it should have, next time use liquid yeast with a starter. Mashed in @ 170 degs. because of the size of the mash tun to get near 152 degs. temp. 75 min. boil. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
