Taste Notes

Bitter with a clear lemony taste before fermentation.

Notes

Ugli fruit diced, meat added to 2dl of hot water to sit for 1-2 hours. Peels added to wort to seep for 10mins before boil off. Fruit added at 10mins left to steep with hops for 10mins (20min addtion in total), removed before fermentation. Future attemps will have fruit added to secondary fermentation with dry hopping or at first fermentation.
